My wife and I made our annual camping trek into the U.S. for the world's longest garage sale on Hwy 127.. This year we ended up about an hour south of Lexington, KY. (long drive ) There was some cool stuff, but it seemed like fewer sales in this area, maybe because of small population and fewer towns. There were definitely more flea market/antique dealers too... I didn't find much diecast, but came home with a few. There was a lot of big tin toy trucks, like Ertl, Strutco, Nylint. some MB openers. Toy Story set I never found a couple oldies cool bus. I don't know who makes it, as the bottom is all scratched up. Like Bud, I am allowed some stops along the way for a bit of toy shopping. I wasn't able to stop a lot of places, but got a few things. I had hoped for more M2, but just didn't see much, or it was all very old. This was the find of the trip for me. I have been searching for it in Canada for quite a while, and the shipping from the U.S. was going to be way too high. Our last KOA Kampground had these in the store!! Usually it comes with accessories - vehicles, figures and animals. I wonder if they split them up to sell separately. Anyway, this is what our retirement home will look like in a few years (I hope). Although it probably won't be a Ford. ;D
