I have been working on cleaning and restoring this vintage Matchbox Firehouse for well over a year now, off and on. I finally located something to use to fabricate a whole new roof. It was a real thin material, so it was kind of a pain to have to glue it to ta piece of thicker sheet styrene plastic for strength. So the roof ended up being 6 pieces glued together. Then to fabricate and locate the mount for the pole in the center. Now that that is all finished, I need the right side door. If I make one, which would be a "BEAR", I will have to make two so they would be alike. If anyone knows where I can get a door please let me know.... Heck, my new roof looks as good as the original...My new roof is the rear one.
